When you think about "orthodontics," the first thing that comes to mind is "braces" and of course we use braces for part of our patient treatment procedures. However the scope of services we offer goes beyond just wires and brackets. This is by no means the full laundry list of what we do for patients and families but it is a good place to start!

• We provide comprehensive treatment of the permanent teeth for children and adults with full braces. We use 3M Unitek Victory series silver brackets as well as the Unitek Clarity tooth colored brackets.
• We provide early appliance treatment for young children to correct jaw growth and dental crowding problems.
• For patients requiring complex surgical or restorative dental solutions as well as orthodontic care, Dr. Berglund is available to work closely with the entire dental treatment team to achieve the best possible treatment result.
• The office is computerized, using Ortho II practice management software for patient sign in, scheduling and recall systems, clinic display, and accounts and insurance management.
• We use Dolphin digital imaging for almost instant patient image presentation and x-ray analysis.
• We use IACT Interactive Software to visually explain treatment processes and orthodontic problems so you can really see treatment needs and treatment effects.
• On site radiology services for panoramic and cephalometric x-rays mean no extra trips for needed records.
• In house laboratory services are provided for diagnostic models of the teeth and treatment appliances. We custom fabricate almost all types of expansion appliances, soldered appliances, space maintainers, and bite correction or "functional" appliances including the Herbst appliance. Quality work is a high priority and Dr. Berglund is always available to the lab technician if questions arise.
• We use high technology copper nickel titanium archwires for enhanced treatment efficiency (fewer office visits!) and greater patient comfort.
• We accept assignment of insurance benefits-your insurance will pay us directly so you don’t have to wait to be reimbursed. We will also process billing for a "Flex plan" if you participate in one.
• Visa, MasterCard, and Discover are accepted for your convenience.
• We offer treatment financing in the office as well as no down payment financing through Capital One Healthcare Finance.
• A phone is designated for patient use in the waiting area.
